Earlier, the mediating countries made a structural proposal to reduce tensions. According to the proposal, Iran is asked to completely stop uranium enrichment for three years and limit it to below 1.5 percent in the future. In addition, there is a proposal to transfer about 440 kg of highly enriched uranium to a third country. Some limitations have also been mentioned in the use of missiles. Although the talks have been agreed, warnings and counter-warnings continue between the two countries. On Thursday (February 5), Trump warned Iran's supreme religious leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei that the situation could become more complicated if there is no agreement. In response, the Iranian army said that Tehran is ready for war if it is imposed. Meanwhile, amid tensions, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has seized two foreign oil tankers in the Gulf waters. It has been claimed that the two ships have been detained on charges of fuel smuggling. However, no information was immediately given about the flags of the ships or the nationalities of the sailors.
